Robert William L. has extensive experience in operations and compliance management within the food industry. Currently serving as Operations Compliance Manager, SQF Food Safety Manager, and Safety Compliance Manager at Dreisbach Enterprises since January 2015, Robert has developed a strong background in food safety and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes a role as Blue Apron West Coast Assistant Plant Manager and a significant tenure at The Chefs Warehouse as Operations/Purchasing Manager, where responsibilities included performance evaluations, training on software systems, and monitoring labor standards. Earlier, at the San Francisco French Bread Company, Robert managed production scheduling for a team of over 70 staff members. Robert holds multiple certifications in food safety and leadership, including Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Certification and SQF Certification for Storage and Distribution, as well as participating in advanced executive management training programs.
