Patricia Gstell has extensive experience in operations, compliance, and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Operations and Compliance Manager at The Up Center since August 2021, Gstell leads agency compliance and quality improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes nine years as Education Initiatives Manager at United Way of South Hampton Roads, where Gstell focused on establishing educational programs for disadvantaged children. Gstell's earlier tenure at Bank of America involved multiple senior project management roles, overseeing data security, business partnerships, and customer experience initiatives. Additionally, Gstell has experience in quality assurance and marketing from a position at MBNA America. Patricia Gstell holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University.
