Prior to this role, Michael was the President of MKJ Enterprises (2007-2011), where the focus was on developing HVAC-related e-Learning products for various sectors. From 1994 to 1998, as the Owner of Trans-Tek Industrial Supply, Michael refocused the company on HVAC motors and related products. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Sales & Marketing Manager at Dreisilker Electric Motors from 1979 to 1993. Michael holds a degree in Business Administration & Marketing from the College of DuPage.
