Teodora Losic

Teodora Losic has a diverse work experience. Teodora is currently working at Dren Bio, Inc. as a Strategic & Competitive Intelligence Analyst, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, Teodora worked at pH Pharma Inc. where they served as a Senior Research Associate. Their responsibilities included characterizing new toxins/ADCs in vitro, evaluating FDA-approved drugs in combination with the company's drug, completing projects for the AACR conference, and consulting with advisors for safety profiles of multiple drug candidates. Teodora also has experience as a Research Associate at pH Pharma Inc., where they designed and executed in vitro biochemical and cell-based assays. Teodora has previous experience as a Teaching Assistant and Reader for UCSB's MCDB Department and as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Waite Lab. Teodora began their career as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and also worked as a Desk Attendant at UCSB Housing & Residential Services, as well as in customer service at Whole Foods Market. In addition, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Bay Area Quality Improvements from November 2011 to May 2013.

Teodora Losic earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UC Santa Barbara in the years 2014 to 2017. Teodora then pursued a Master's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from UC Santa Barbara from 2017 to 2018.
