Carolyn Worstell is an experienced planner with a background in urban design and community engagement, currently holding a position at Dresdner Robin since March 2018. Prior to this, Carolyn worked as a planner at Ferrandino & Associates Inc. from January 2013 to March 2018. Carolyn's experience includes project management at Mass Urban, where neighborhood improvement proposals were developed with a focus on beautification and safety. Additional roles include assistant researcher at Sustainable Jersey and intern at New Jersey Future, researching barriers to Green Infrastructure implementation. Carolyn also led communications for Team New Jersey at the 2011 US DOE Solar Decathlon and served in various administrative roles at the National Building Museum.
