Dresdner Robin is an award-winning land-use consultancy with a specialty in urban design and development, plus brownfield redevelopment. At Dresdner Robin, we increase property values for our clients by helping them transform their sites to a higher level of functionality and use. A one-stop shop, we provide integrated engineering, planning (including zoning and entitlement), environmental, survey (including GIS and expert measurement) and landscape architecture design services in New York City, New Jersey and Philadelphia. We’ve also expanded our work in land-use services for both private and public sector clients, including city planning and environmental leadership. We treat clients as if they are family members, not project numbers. With the know-how to get the job done, we also emphasize real transformation and a lasting, positive impact on the environment and within cities and everyday lives. With core tenets including service, client satisfaction and technological innovation, we have built an environment that fosters strategic and professional growth. Based in Jersey City since 1985, we continue to make an extraordinary contribution to the rebirth of its urban landscape. We created and implemented N.J.’s first remedial action plan for the Newport redevelopment site, and our portfolio now includes the three-tower Journal Squared project, the 900-foot skyscraper at 99 Hudson, Porte Liberté, the Hudson Exchange and the 16-story mixed-use residential property at 533 Mercer Street, among others.
