Pat McKlem

Pat McKlem has extensive experience in health care management and career coaching, currently serving as a Volunteer Career Coach at Dress for Success Phoenix since January 2012. In this role, Pat collaborates with Career Center Staff to prepare women for job interviews and provide one-on-one coaching aligned with the organization's mission to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women. As the Owner of beseeming, LLC since April 2008, Pat applies expertise in executive coaching and general consulting in health care. Previously, Pat worked as a Consultant at Sinclair Advisory Group from July 2008 to December 2014 and served as Network Director at the US Department of Veterans Affairs from April 2003 to January 2008, overseeing a vast network of VA medical centers and health care sites with a significant budget. Pat holds an MPA in Health Care Administration from Brigham Young University and a BS in Food Science and Nutrition/Dietetics from Colorado State University.
