Alicia Tiberino

Alicia Tiberino serves as the Director of Operations and Finance and Chief of Staff at Dress for Success Vancouver, responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing systems for staff. Prior experience includes roles as a Swim Instructor at Aquaventures Swim Centre and Assistant Head Coach at Regency Estates Swim Club, where Alicia taught stroke technique and organized competitions for youth. Additionally, Alicia was an Assistant Swim Coach for the Potomac Glen Swim Team, coaching a neighborhood team and coordinating practice sessions. Alicia holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Saint Francis University, complemented by a high school diploma from Winston Churchill High School.
