Dress for Success® Vancouver is the local, not-for-profit affiliate of Dress for Success Worldwide.

We at Dress for Success Vancouver, are a community empowering women into the workforce providing professional attire, career development tools and a network of support so they may thrive in work and in life.

Dress for Success® Vancouver assists more than 2,000 women each year who have made the first step to self-sufficiency – they have decided to seek employment. These women have the will to improve their lives, yet they lack the professional image they need to secure employment. 

Since our inception in 1999, we have served over 21,000 women from the Lower Mainland.  We assist these women through our three major programs: Dressing Services, Career Centre and our Professional Women’s Group. We work with these women through the referral of several agencies which range from employment agencies, immigration services, women and rape shelters, etc.  We acknowledge that every woman, regardless of background, deserves the opportunity to grow, develop, and become self-sufficient.
