Jeffrey Raynal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeffrey began their career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Electrician from 1988 to 1994. Jeffrey then joined Ford Motor Company in 1998 and held various roles, including Powertrain Program Manager, where they managed cross-functional engineering teams for several vehicle programs. In 2005, they transitioned to GE Oil & Gas, where they worked in several leadership positions, including Global Labs Leader, Engineering Manager, and Executive Product Leader. Jeffrey was responsible for driving product development, leading global engineering teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2018, they joined Dresser Utility Solutions as the VP Engineering and Product Development. Jeffrey later became the VP and GM - Flow Control, overseeing multiple product lines and contributing to the company's success.

Jeffrey Raynal completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan from 1994 to 1998. Jeffrey then pursued a Masters of Engineering degree in Automotive Engineering at the same university from 1999 to 2000. Later, from 2001 to 2005, they earned their MBA from the University of Michigan.
