Joe Hannold has over 20 years of work experience in various management roles in the manufacturing industry. Joe started their career in 1994 as a Plant Superintendent at Kane Magnetics International, where they managed plant operations and production. Joe then worked as a Production Manager at Metal Powder Products from 2003 to 2004, overseeing all manufacturing activities. Joe joined Dresser, Inc. in 2004 as a Manufacturing Manager, responsible for directing production operations and ensuring customer demand was met. Joe then moved to Dresser-Rand in 2012 and served as an Operational Excellence Program Manager and Operations Manager, where they led initiatives to improve operational processes and managed Assembly & Test operations. Joe joined OneSubsea in 2014 as a Plant Manager and later became the Global Operations Manager Assembly & Test. In their most recent role at Dresser Utility Solutions, starting in 2021, they have served as the Director of Manufacturing and currently holds the position of Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Joe has focused on ensuring safety, quality, continuous improvement, and profitability in plant operations.
Joe Hannold's education history includes studying Business Management at the University of Pittsburgh.
