Olga Chernysheva

Olga Chernysheva has been working in the corporate world since 2007. Olga began their career as a Sales Operations Intern at Atlas Copco. In 2008, Olga joined Deloitte & Touche as a Business Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department. In 2011, they moved to Rio Tinto as a Specialist Project Commercial for the Simandou Project. In 2014, Olga joined Saipem France as a Project Controller. In 2017, they became a Project Manager at Air Liquide. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of Blue Rock Consulting, based in Central Africa, which focuses on waste management processes. Finally, in 2020, Olga took on the roles of Chief Sustainability Officer at DRESSX and Partnership Manager at Teens in AI.

Olga Chernysheva has a diverse educational background. Olga obtained their Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University between 2002 and 2008. Olga then completed a Master of Arts in Economic Theory from the New Economic School between 2006 and 2008. In 2019, they obtained certifications in Driving Business Towards the Sustainable Development Goals from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, Project Management from UCI, and an Expert Track of the Online Course on Marine Litter from the UN Environment Programme. In 2015, they obtained an Introduction to Project Management Principles and Practices from UC Irvine. Most recently, in 2020, they completed a Business Sustainability Management course from the University of Cambridge and obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
