Radha Manoharan has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. They began their career as a Quality Assurance Tester at Tata Consultancy Services in 2009 and later served as a Test Analyst from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they held various roles at Tata Consultancy Services, including Test Team Lead, Command Centre Operation Lead, and Test Manager. During this time, they tested the Order Management System (Sterling) and the Contact Centre Application (Genesys). In 2018, Radha joined Camwood as a Test Automation Specialist. They then moved on to work as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at CWT from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Radha is employed as a Senior QA Tester at DREST, a position they have held since March 2021. Radha Manoharan attended Government College of Engineering in Salem from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. In August 2018, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance. Radha also completed various courses through BlazeMeter University, including "Apache JMeter Intro", "Apache JMeter Pro", "Introduction to Scrum", and "Test Automation Fundamentals". Lastly, they obtained an ISTQB Foundation certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
