Bryant Speed has practiced law for over 34 years. A proud native of Alabama, he began his legal career there as a prosecutor in the Attorney Generals Office and then moved to the District Attorneys Office in Birmingham, where he prosecuted hundreds of jury trials for crimes ranging from DUIs to capital murder. He moved to Georgia in 1995 and has worked as a prosecutor, and served a term as the District Attorney of the Rome Judicial Circuit. He has also worked in private practice where he specializes in workers compensation law, and has represented parties before the State Board of Workers Compensation for most of the last 19 years. He has tried numerous cases across the state, and has argued many cases before the Appellate Division, as well.
