Camile Hart practices in the area of general liability tort defense. Camile has significant experience in defending premises liability cases, including negligent security cases and slip/trip and fall cases. Her clients range from large corporations to small business owners and include large apartment complex owners and management companies, gas stations, restaurants, and retail businesses. Camile conducts initial investigations, drafts pleadings and written discovery, analyzes plaintiff’s records, takes and defends depositions, and handles all types of motion practice on behalf of her clients.
Camile was a summer associate for Drew Eckl & Farnham in 2014 and joined the firm as a full-time associate in the fall of 2015. During law school, she was an active member of the Mercer Law Review and competed in the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition.
