Dean A. Dellinger

Dean Andrew Dellinger is a Partner with Drew Eckl & Farnham. He counsels businesses, TPAs, insurers, and self-insurers throughout Georgia. He represents his clients through all aspects of workers' compensation claims from the trial level through the appellate process. He has extensive experience mitigating exposure related to Medicare Set Asides (MSAs) and associated compliance issues.

Dean is well-versed with businesses in the trucking industry, health care providers, manufacturers, retailers, employee leasing companies and the hospitality industry. He works closely with Risk Managers, Human Resources Managers, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and Claims Adjusters to resolve and close files quickly and efficiently.
