Gary Beelen focuses his practice on contract disputes and commercial litigation. He provides practical advice in structuring and negotiating agreements to help clients achieve their strategic and risk management goals.

He has extensive experience in franchise, secured financing, and real estate title disputes. Gary regularly assists clients in understanding and addressing commercial and legal risks associated with leases, purchase contracts, and financing.

Gary has substantial transactional and litigation experience working with residential and commercial real estate professionals, bankers and brokers, as well as builders, developers and property owners' associations.

Previously, Gary practiced transactional residential real estate law in Georgia for six years. Prior to that, he was engaged in the Atlanta residential real estate market as a mortgage loan consultant, managing offices for a Wells Fargo subsidiary and for Shearson Lehman American Express.

Gary Beelen serves on the firm's Diversity Committee.
