Jack D. Summer

Jack Daniel Summer is a Senior Associate with Drew Eckl & Farnham, practicing primarily in the areas of transportation/trucking and premises liability.

Jack has a wealth of experience litigating civil matters in both state and federal courts across the United States. Prior to joining Drew Eckl & Farnham, Jack worked as an an associate for another well-respected Atlanta law firm defending intellectual property infringement, product liability, and premises liability claims.

While in law school, Jack served as Vice-Chairman of the University of Mississippi School of Law’s Trial Advocacy Board and was a clinical assistant for the Mississippi Innocence Project. Jack received his Juris Doctor from University of Mississippi School of Law, cum laude.

As an active member of the Atlanta community, Jack serves as a volunteer for the Kyle Pease Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of disabled persons through participation in athletic activities.
