Scot Benson

Scot joined Drew Marine in May 2022 as Chairman and CEO. Scot was most recently the CEO of Heron Point Partners, LLC and brings more than 35 years of experience in the field of specialty chemicals and electronics. From January 2019 to June 2020, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Element Solutions, Inc., a publicly listed global specialty chemicals company (NYSE: ESI). He had held many positions in the specialty chemicals sector in his career, including technical service, account executive, commercial manager, and division president.

Scot serves on a number of boards including the board of Folds of Honor TN, a non-profit organization that provides educational scholarships for the families of fallen and severely wounded military.
