Melissa Hiler Fay has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Melissa began their career in the United States Navy, serving as a Lieutenant and Helicopter Pilot from 2000 to 2004. Melissa later transitioned to an academic role as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of California, Berkeley Naval ROTC from 2004 to 2008.
