Scotty Smiley

Scotty Smiley has worked as the Vice President at Drexel Hamilton, LLC multiple times - from 2015 to 2018 and then again from 2019 to the present. Scotty is also the Co-Founder of Hope Unseen, LLC since 2011 and has worked as a Speaker at WSB since 2017. From 2018 to 2019, Scotty served as the Chief Executive Officer at Bellator Asset Management LLC, where they built and operated an asset manager focused on hiring disabled veterans. Prior to their civilian work, Scotty was a Major Assistant Professor of Military Science in the US Army from 2007 to 2009.

Scotty Smiley received a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, during the period of 2000 to 2003. Later, they pursued further studies in Business Administration and Management, General, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, from 2007 to 2009.
