Nancy Spector

Nancy Spector has an extensive background in medicine and education, currently serving as Executive Director at both Drexel University College of Medicine and Executive Leadership in Health Care since January 2010 and January 2022, respectively. At Drexel, Nancy holds multiple prestigious titles including Betty A. Cohen Chair in Women’s Health, Senior Vice Dean, and Professor, along with responsibilities as Vice Dean and Associate Dean of Faculty Development. Additionally, Nancy has been involved with Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine since November 2015 as Executive Director and Associate Director, and chairs the Executive Council of the I-PASS Patient Safety Institute since July 2014. Nancy Spector obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from UMass Chan Medical School (1986-1990) and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brown University (1982-1986).
