James Wickenden is currently the Principal at DRG Talent Advisory Group, a company that serves nonprofit organizations worldwide. Prior to this role, James was the President & Founder of Wickenden Associates, a company that has now joined DRG. James also has experience as the Dean of Admission at Princeton University, overseeing a large office that processed thousands of applications annually. James holds a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Boston University, a Master's in General Purposes of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Princeton University.
