Nina Cogan currently serves as a Talent Consultant at DRG Talent Advisory Group since March 2022. Previously, Nina held the position of Development Associate in the Leadership Division at The Aspen Institute, where responsibilities included tracking donor engagement in Salesforce and authoring a Best Practices and Processes Handbook. Prior experience includes managing foundation and government donor portfolios at the Council for a Strong America, securing major gifts for the Jewish National Fund, and various roles at Anthropologie. Nina's early experience also includes positions as an Arts and Crafts Counselor at Camp Puh'tok and a Sailing Attendant at BaySail. Nina holds a Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts and Mass Communication from Towson University.
