Richard England has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Richard started their career in 1990 as a KC-130F/R Avionics Technician and Quality Assurance specialist in the United States Marine Corps. Richard then progressed to become a KC-130F/R Flight Engineer and Maintenance Controller in 1996. In 2001, they took on the role of KC-130J Crew Chief Instructor, where they displayed strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities. In 2013, they joined Aerotek as a Logistics Analyst before moving to Delaware Resource Group in 2018 as a KC-130J Contract Crewmaster Instructor Lead. Overall, they have more than 24 years of experience in aircraft maintenance management, maintenance planning, and resource management.

Richard England attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2006 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics with a specialization in Aviation, Management, and Safety.
