Frank Perlmutter MBCP, MBCI, FBCI (Hon) possesses extensive experience in business continuity and disaster recovery. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Disaster Recovery International (DRI) Foundation since December 2021, Frank also founded and presides over The Perlmutter Fund for Animal Welfare since December 2019. Previously, Frank established Strategic BCP, leading the company from 2001 until October 2019. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young and Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Frank began a career at the U.S. Department of the Treasury as a Financial Program/Risk Specialist and IT Disaster Recovery Manager from 1995 to 1998. Academically, Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from American University's Kogod School of Business and holds a Minor in Russian Studies from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
