Brian Johnston is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in management and operations within various industries. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at driasi since November 2018, Brian oversees senior management functions for the contact center, policy owner services, and claims operations. Prior to this role, Brian worked as Operations Manager at LTCG, where responsibilities included guiding customer service operations for long-term care insurance clients, and as Call Center Manager for the Metropolitan Area Agency on Aging, overseeing multiple units and a large team for Minnesota’s Senior Linkage Line. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Wells Fargo and The Hartford, focusing on operational support and customer service call centers. Brian holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
