Jacq Janssen has extensive experience in various roles primarily within the hospitality and support sectors. Starting as a bar staff member at Café de Stoof during the Nijmegen four-day festivities from 1988 to 1998, Jacq progressed to several positions at Driestroom from September 1990 to the present, including personal caregiver, team coordinator, and transport coordinator. Between February 2015 and December 2020, Jacq worked at Wereldkeuken Arnhem, contributing to the development of individuals both with and without barriers to the labor market. Additionally, Jacq served as a coach for a Nuon personnel project in Romania, focusing on improving day activities and professional interactions in a facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Jacq's education includes training from Horeca Stichting Nederland and a professional education from the Nijmeegs Instituut voor Beroepsonderwijs.
