Boniface Tissera

Boniface Tissera has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Boniface started their career as Chief Accountant at Sheraton Dubai Hotel & Towers in 1979 and held that position until 1992. From 1992 to 1993, they worked as an Assistant Controller at Renaissance Hotel Dubai. Boniface then became a Senior Accountant at Abjar Hotels International from 1993 to 1995. Boniface then took on the role of Controller at Ramada Hotel Dubai from 1995 to 2001. Following this, they served as an Accounting Manager at Sheraton Newark Airport Hotel in New Jersey from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Controller at Radisson Hotel in Princeton, New Jersey. Boniface then joined Hilton Houston NASA Clear Lake as Lead Controller from 2004 to 2016. Boniface later moved to Omaha Marriott as a Lead Controller from 2016 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they served as Director of Finance at Hilton. Boniface's most recent role is as Area Director of Finance at Driftwood Hospitality Management, starting in December 2018.

Boniface Tissera participated in the Professional Development Program at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration in 1994. Prior to this, they attended Saint Joseph's College in Colombo, Sri Lanka, where they specialized in Accounting.
