Cival Van Der Lubbe is an accomplished entrepreneur with a diverse background in founding and leading innovative companies. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of DRINK AWA since January 2022, Cival emphasizes healthier hydration solutions. As Creative Director at Currents.co since January 2020, Cival focuses on brand-driven strategies for new product launches. Previous experience includes roles as Commercial Head, Consumer at AREVO, Co-Founder and CEO of Slash (acquired by Avocado Green Brands), Founder and CEO of KANOA, and Founder/CEO of Seaval.com, among others. Cival has also made significant contributions to environmental efforts through founding the Lionfish Elimination Team and SEAVAL Diving. Education includes studies at Draper University and Northeastern University, complemented by an International Baccalaureate diploma from the International School of Curacao.
