Regional Sales Manager North East at Lumen

Alina Rock has a diverse work experience in sales and marketing roles. Alina recently joined Lumen as a Regional Sales Manager for the North East, where they manage distribution and leads a team of 40. Prior to this, they worked at Greenhouse Agency, Inc as a Field Sales Manager for SmartWater/VitaminWater, where they developed strategies for the NYC metro area and managed a sales and merchandising team. Alina also held the role of Retail Activation Specialist at the same company, focusing on sales merchandising and maintaining client accounts. Alina has also worked at Ground Up Group as a Business Development professional, generating leads and maintaining account relationships. At Good Day Chocolate, they served as an Area Sales Manager, opening new accounts and securing key retail space. Earlier in their career, Alina worked at Flow Alkaline Spring Water as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, exceeding sales quotas and doubling sales at Whole Foods within a year. Alina was responsible for educating consumers and account employees on the product, ensuring product availability for events, and training new hires. Alina's work experience also includes a long tenure at MKTG as a Brand Specialist, representing the brand at major events and sponsorships and increasing brand awareness and sales.

Alina Rock began their education journey in 2007 at Diablo Valley College, where they pursued a degree in Communications until 2010. In 2017, they attended the Academy of Healing Nutrition, where they obtained a Certification of Health in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering. Currently, in 2021, Alina is pursuing a field of study in Leadership at Harvard University.
