Jessica Martell

Jessica Martell has a diverse work experience in human resources and benefits administration. Jessica is currently the Director of Human Resources at DrinkPAK, where they started in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager and Business Partner in Human Resources at Aerojet Rocketdyne from April 2021 to August 2021. From 2016 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Meggitt, including Human Resources Director, Manager, and Business Partner. Jessica also worked at MPTF from 2010 to 2016, where they were a Benefits Administration Professional and Project Manager, as well as a Secretary in Marketing & Sales. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, recruitment process improvement, and benefits administration.

Jessica Martell pursued their education at California State University, Northridge from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Management. Jessica furthered their studies at California Lutheran University from 2013 to 2015, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
