Nicolás Estrella's work experience begins in 2014 when they joined Eserv as a Business Developer & Account Manager. Nicolás then transitioned to the role of Online Education Manager, where they led the Online Education project for Eserv Latam, focusing on Oracle Technology and serving students in eight Latin American countries. Nicolás built the online platform, implemented growth marketing strategies, created optimized landing pages, and developed email marketing campaigns to drive sales.

In 2016, Nicolás co-founded Waku, a herbal tea company. As the Chief Marketing Officer, they led Waku's marketing and brand initiatives, focusing on growth marketing strategies, managing acquisition channels, and optimizing customer acquisition and retention. Nicolás also analyzed revenue performance and developed strategies to improve customer loyalty.

Most recently, Nicolás joined One Bead in 2022 as a Member of the Board of Directors.

Nicolás Estrella completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition, they obtained the Inbound Certification from HubSpot in February 2016.
