Rachel McFadden

Rachel McFadden, PE, is a co-founder and Left Brain at Drio, where expertise in civil engineering is leveraged to create websites and marketing materials that connect clients with their ideal customers. McFadden also co-founded and serves as a board member for the Monument Women's Creative Alliance, an organization dedicated to supporting women in business through various forums and events. Prior experience includes serving as a Construction Project Manager at the Maryland State Highway Administration, managing multi-million dollar construction contracts focused on ADA accessibility and stormwater management. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
