Shweta Madhusudan

Shweta Madhusudan has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Shweta is currently the Director of Human Resources at Drip Capital, starting from May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at GEP Worldwide in various roles, including Senior Director of Human Resources from July 2021 to April 2022, Director of Human Resources from January 2020 to July 2021, and Associate Director of HR from July 2018 to January 2020. In their time at GEP, they took on a role as a Senior Manager in Human Resources Global Special Projects, where they led various internal strategic initiatives related to People Analytics, Systems, and Process Improvements, Global Talent Review Process, and Global HR PMO.

Before GEP, Shweta held the position of Manager and Senior Consultant in the Consulting team at GEP, where they worked on marketing and sales-related strategic sourcing and process improvement initiatives for a Fortune 500 Global CPG Company. Shweta was also responsible for research and analysis in their previous roles at Beroe Inc as a Research Analyst and Frost & Sullivan as a Research Analyst.

Shweta's educational background includes being a student at the Indian School of Business from April 2009 to July 2010. Shweta began their career as a Graduate Trainee at Frost & Sullivan in 2006, where they gained experience in Inside Sales and Research Teams, focusing on Automation and Test & Measurement Markets.
