Soumyadri Chattopadhyaya

Soumyadri Chattopadhyaya is the current General Counsel at Drip Capital. Prior to joining Drip Capital, they spent 3 years as the Legal Counsel at IHH Healthcare, Parkway's first Indian lawyer. There, they worked closely with Parkway's C-suite, top management and board of directors on all strategic legal matters, leading negotiations on all M&A activity in India and supporting the legal teams in India and Singapore. Soumyadri also provided strategic support to India-focused compliance initiatives at the group level.

Before their time at IHH Healthcare, Chattopadhyaya was a Principal Associate at Khaitan & Co for 4 years, an Associate at AZB & Partners for 2 years, and an Associate at Majmudar & Partners for 1 year. Soumyadri began their career as a Foreign Associate at Pestalozzi in 2010.

Soumyadri Chattopadhyaya has a LL.M from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in Corporate and Commercial Law, a B.L.S.LL.B from University of Mumbai, and is an ACS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Soumyadri has also attended DG Ruparel College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
