Heather Stratford has an extensive and diverse work experience. Heather is currently the Founder and CEO of Drip7 Inc, an international microlearning training platform designed for both large and small businesses. Prior to this role, they worked as a Professor in the MBA Program - Adjunct at Whitworth University, where they supported MBA students and taught courses in Strategic Management and Risk Management.
Heather also founded Stronger International, a cybersecurity firm specializing in consulting and training. At Stronger International, they provided a 360º approach to security, offering services such as end-user Security Awareness Training, compliance and security trainings, and vulnerability assessments.
Before that, Heather founded and served as the CEO of Moxie Marketing, a technology firm that offered turn-key solutions for service industries. Heather led major national accounts, implemented integrated technology and channel integration strategies, and developed innovative solutions for lead generation and sales growth.
Earlier in their career, Heather worked at Ferguson Enterprises as a Marketing Director, overseeing a department responsible for sales, internal communications, and marketing campaigns. Heather also gained experience at Ancestry.com as a Production Manager in the Content Division, and at Alison's Pantry as a Marketing Director.
Heather's first professional role was as a Production Manager at the Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center, where they managed the production of national publications and books for Executive Excellence, a subsidiary of the Leadership Center.
Heather Stratford's education history includes an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, which they completed from 2001 to 2003. In 2019, they participated in the 10,000 small businesses program at Babson Graduate School - Entrepreneurship - Certificate offered by Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Additionally, from 2018 to 2019, they completed a Fellowship program in Business Administration and Management at Tory Burch Foundation. Heather Stratford also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University, which they earned from 1990 to 1995. Their double major for the BA degree was in Communications and International Relations, and they also pursued minors in Spanish and Art during their time at Brigham Young University.
