Technology:

At Dripos, we don't like putting people into buckets. You are responsible for completing features from start to finish. Our product spans multiple apps (React-Native), websites (React, Next.js), and servers (MySQL, Express) with complex real-time integrations between all of our services. Despite the product complexity and feature independence, we are a tight-knit team that collaborates closely to achieve our goals.

Interview Process:

15-Minute Phone Screen: Initial fit assessment on both sides.

60-Minute Zoom Call: Detailed discussion about your background and our company.

Four-Hour On-Site Interview: In-depth interviews with multiple team members to evaluate your fit with our guiding principles and your problem-solving skills.

We move fast—successful candidates will have a final call with a founder and receive an offer later that day.
