Fredrick McCurdy

Fredrick McCurdy, MD PhD MBA CPE FAAP FACPE, serves as a Pediatric Nephrologist at Driscoll Children's Hospital since July 2022 and as the Associate Medical Director for Driscoll Health Plan since September 2015, where responsibilities include formulating policies for a Medicaid product for children with special healthcare needs. Additionally, McCurdy holds the position of Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Texas A&M Health Science Center and has extensive teaching experience, including roles at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Founding member of the Children's Association for Maximum Potential, McCurdy's career includes leadership roles in pediatric departments and residency programs, overseeing significant budgets and operational efficiency in various healthcare settings, particularly focusing on community health initiatives and curriculum development.
