Sangita Gupta

Sangita Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sangita is currently holding the position of Head HR at Drishti IAS since July 2022, where they oversee the HR department. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at the same company from February 2022 to July 2022.

Before joining Drishti IAS, Sangita worked at Saya Automobiles Ltd from June 2013 to November 2017 as the Manager HR. In this role, they were responsible for various HR operations including manpower planning, resource management, career development, talent management, compensation, and benefits. Sangita also played a key role in developing and implementing HR processes and policies for the growing company.

Sangita's professional journey started at Vistaas Digital Media Limited, where they worked as a Sr. HR Executive from June 2010 to July 2011.

Sangita Gupta completed their SSC from St. Mary's High School. Sangita then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology at Mithibai College from 2002 to 2007. Afterward, Sangita Gupta obtained an MBA in Human Resource from Mumbai Educational Trust, MET League of Colleges, where they attended from 2008 to 2010. Sangita'seducation journey continued as they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from CCS (Chaudhary Charan Singh) University between 2017 and 2020.
