Ray Dickison

Ray Dickison, FACHCA, currently serves as a Culture Consultant for Drive since May 2023, in addition to holding the position of President at Wesley Manor Retirement Community and Methodist Retirement Homes of Kentucky since September 2022. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Kentucky, Ray has extensive experience in senior living and healthcare management, previously occupying leadership roles such as Vice President of Operations at Christian Care Communities, Chief Operating Officer at Christian Horizons, and Executive Director at various organizations including Presbyterian Homes and Services of Kentucky and Beverly Healthcare. Ray specializes in fostering organizational culture and has been actively involved in the senior living sector for many years, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents in these communities.
