Fernando Guzman Pineda

Fernando Guzman Pineda has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Fernando is currently the CEO of DRIVE App, a position they have held since June 2019. Prior to this, they co-founded XeeGo Consulting in 2018, focusing on providing agile professional services for digital transformation strategies.

In 2015, Fernando worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst at Nationwide Appraisal Services, where they played a key role in implementing a large-scale IT project that involved web and mobile application development.

From 2007 to 2015, Fernando was the Founder and Project Director of ilikea Consulting. During this time, they successfully implemented a workflow management system for mortgage loans, enabling efficient processes in multiple banks across Latin America.

Before that, from 2006 to 2007, Fernando served as a Senior Project Manager at everis, leading the implementation of a service-oriented architecture for a telecom company in Mexico City.

From 2000 to 2006, Fernando worked as a Delivery Manager at Accenture. Fernando was involved in various projects, including the implementation of a self-service online invoice and payment system for a telecom company in Latin America, as well as CRM and billing implementations for a telecom company in Monterrey, Mexico.

Fernando's career in the technology industry started at Grupo Scanda, where they worked as a Support and Implementation Consultant from 1998 to 2000.

Fernando Guzman Pineda holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad La Salle, A.C., which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Fernando further pursued their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2004 to 2007. In 2016, Fernando enrolled in an online certificate course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Fintech: Future Commerce.

In addition to their academic achievements, Fernando has obtained professional certifications. In December 2014, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in September 2017, they obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
