Lee Rogers

Lee Rogers has gained experience in various engineering roles, starting from being a Student Intern at the University of Melbourne to their current position as a Principal Engineer at Drive System Design. Throughout their career, Lee has focused on developing and leading teams in the mechanical design and integration of electrified systems, as well as in the creation and validation of high-performance motor and inverter hardware. Additionally, Lee has experience in strategic applications engineering and supporting Altair products within an automotive OEM's engineering organization. Lee is currently working on building the North American electrified propulsion team to be leaders in the field.
