Tavi Juárez

Tavi Juárez is an experienced professional in customer support and operations management, currently serving as the Customer Support Manager at Empower since July 2025. Tavi also holds positions as President and Board Member at The International Centre for Women Playwrights since February 2021. Previously, Tavi worked at TodayTix Group from July 2021 to July 2025, progressing from CX Team Lead in New York City to Senior Operations Associate and Operations Associate. Tavi contributed as a Latina Voices Contributor at POPSUGAR from August 2019 to June 2021 and held various roles in operations, licensing, and marketing at companies such as Entertainment One, Parragon, and Foodimentary. Tavi began a career in customer service at Books A Million, after earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of Montevallo.
