Gejuan Sweat Batson

Gejuan Sweat Batson, MBA, MSM, CEC, currently serves as the Manager of Learning and Development at Driven Brands Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Gejuan held several key positions at Biogen from July 2014 to September 2023, including Associate Director, Global Learning Partner, where leadership involved collaboration with learning experts and internal SMEs to implement effective learning solutions. Notable achievements include successfully leading a matrix team during the Biogen integrated Operating System adoption and serving as Training SME for regulatory audits. Earlier experience includes roles at Merck & Co. Inc. as Manager of Operations for Varicella Bulk Manufacturing and as an Operations Officer in the US Navy, overseeing training and operations for over 500 personnel. Gejuan holds an MBA in Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization from North Carolina State University and multiple degrees, including an MSM in Health Care Administration from Troy University and a B.S. in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy.
