Jesus Laborit

Jesus Laborit has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles within the Driven Brands Inc. company. Jesus most recently served as the Vice President of Operational Excellence for the Driven Glass Vertical, where they were responsible for implementing strategies to improve operational processes and executing M&A activities. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Operational Strategy, Analytics, and Marketing for the Collision & Glass Vertical, where they planned and implemented corporate strategies and initiatives for strong growth. Jesus also served as the Director of Strategy and Analytics, Director of Development Optimization, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Business Development Manager within the Driven Brands organization. Prior to joining Driven Brands, they worked as the General Manager of DINTEC JL, C.A., a B2B technology hardware company, and held a Product Manager position at Opencrom, c.a. (Grupo Opencrom). Jesus also gained experience in business support at Servintsa (Empresas Andinas), focusing on offering products and services in oil camps.

Jesus Laborit has an extensive education history. In 1997 to 2002, they studied at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering. Jesus later pursued further education and completed a specialization in Project Management at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2004 to 2006. In 2010, Jesus attended IESA and completed the Entrepreneurs Program IBM-IESA, focusing on Business Administration. In 2018, they enrolled at the Wake Forest University School of Business, where they received executive leadership training in the Driven Brands program. The same year, Jesus also pursued an Executive MBA at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
