Joshua also worked extensively with Costco as a broker managing internal marketing. Additionally, they served as a Speech and Debate Assistant Coach at Tahoma High School, where they directed the instruction and practice for competitive debate and achieved outstanding success in tournaments.

Joshua Petersen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication from Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Green River College, attending from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Joshua also has a White Belt certification from Six Sigma, which was obtained in 2013.
