Emily Wade is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in people and culture, talent acquisition, and strategic partnerships across various industries. At Driven Properties, Emily served as the Director of People & Culture, leading talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives while managing global recruitment strategies. Prior to this, Emily held significant roles at NO UNIFORM, overseeing commercial operations, and at Zoa Rental and Hirestreet, where Emily focused on partnerships and marketing strategies to drive growth. Emily began their career with an internship at Tea Venture Limited, conducting research for international development. Emily holds an MA Hons in Economics from The University of Edinburgh and studied at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
