Jeff Ridge CISM, CISSP

Jeff Ridge is currently the VP of Security & Risk at Driven Technologies, where they manage and oversees the overall security practice, including the management of professional service delivery engineers, client support teams, and security operations. Jeff is also a valuable member of the senior leadership team, contributing to organizational strategy and service delivery.

Prior to their current role, Jeff was the Manager of Security Engineering at Fiserv from 2016 to 2019. In this position, they were responsible for leading a team and ensuring the successful delivery of IT services to internal and external clients.

From 2014 to 2016, Jeff worked as the Manager of Network & Security Engineering at Precyse, where they played a hands-on technical role in the architecture, management, and troubleshooting of the network and security infrastructure. Jeff Ridge CISM, CISSP obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration: Technology Management from Saint Leo University, where they studied from 1999 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended the Community College of the Air Force from 1998 to 1999, earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronic Communications Technology.
