Orit Menkes

Orit Menkes is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in developing global human resources strategies and operations to drive business growth. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at DriveNets since June 2020, Orit has successfully implemented HR initiatives resulting in a strong leadership pipeline and significant company expansion across America, Europe, and APAC, alongside a tripled Series C valuation. Prior experience includes founding OMOD Consulting, where strategic consulting was provided to CEOs and senior leaders, serving as a board member for Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, and holding senior HR roles at DSP Group and Check Point Software Technologies, where substantial growth and infrastructure development were achieved. Orit holds an MA and PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston and a BA in Psychology and Counseling from Tel Aviv University.
