Orit Menkes

Dr. Orit Menkes, currently serving as Chief People Officer at DRIVENETS since June 2020, is an organizational strategist, management consultant, and experienced mentor. Prior to this role, Dr. Orit founded and served as CEO of OMOD Consulting from February 2008 to May 2020. With a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston, Dr. Menkes has held various leadership positions in renowned companies such as Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, DSP Group, Check Point Software Technologies, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Compaq, and MD Anderson Cancer Center, showcasing their extensive experience in human resources and organizational development.
