Orit Menkes

Orit Menkes is the current Chief People Officer at DriveNets. Orit has held this position since December of 2018. Prior to joining DriveNets, Ms. Menkes served as a Board Director for Rafael Advanced Defense Systems from December 2015 to December 2018. From February 2008 to May 2020, they were the Founder and CEO of OMOD Consulting. From January 1990 to December 1992, Ms. Menkes worked as an Intern at Jeanneret & Associates.

Ms. Menkes began their career in Human Resources in 1992 when they became a Senior Consultant for Organization Development at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Orit then went on to work as a Manager for Organization Development at Compaq in North America from 1994 to 1996. In 1996, Ms. Menkes became the Head of HRA at PricewaterhouseCoopers and held that position until 1998 when they moved on to become the Global VP of Human Resources at Check Point Software Technologies, a position they held until 2005. Ms. Menkes then became the Global VP of Human Resources at DSP Group from 2005 to 2008 before founding their own consulting company, OMOD Consulting.

Orit Menkes has a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston. Orit also has a BA in Psychology from Tel Aviv University. In addition, they have completed Lahav's Basic & Advanced Directors' Courses and mBIT International's mBIT Coach certification program.

They work with James Morgan - SVP Sales for Europe, John Sweeney - EVP Sales for The Americas, and Tali Itzhar - SVP R&D. Orit Menkes reports to Ido Susan, Co-Founder and CEO.
